Fei rape akihito (no excuse! but) because he was still mad angry, hurt, and almost obsessive cuz he trusted and did fell for asami only for him to lie to him and plus asami had spies in his group and stole something important. So he figure he'll hurt asami by defiling akihito.

Agreed. We usually forget that a lot of the times the 2nd ml lets go of their chance to be with the fl by either rejecting her in the beginning or not acting on their feelings fast enough.
