i wish the fl had a single substantial conversation with the other women in the story. like they mention the maids and we can tell they spend time together but we never see it. plus they introduced the baby’s nanny as some badass and then we never hear a single word from her. she clearly just exists to allow for more plot development with the fl and the ml and eric cuz her intro was the last we heard from her lmao. give me more character development!!
and since were here its actually wild to have a women led plot with zero conversations between two women at any point. whats that test about subtle misogyny in literature and film? the bechdel test? cuz this story FAILS in that regard.

so… what's that squishy thing mr pig and g had? my crackpot theory is that they were conducting experiments to “remove” the animal part of the hybrid humans so they could maintain some of their humanness (from the outside ofc, obviously they are already humans. i just mean the lab ppl want them to look and behave more like a non-hybrid human). i think they did “extract” some of his pigness, but it manifested as a jiggly wiggly horny and animalistic blob that is without any reason or form. just the bit of the animal they didnt want in there. and they locked up/quarantined the piggy creature for tests or whatever but they have to feed him. usually mr. pig feeds him but G tried and obviously didn’t succeed. but he left and said “keep yourself under control” and mr pig said he was sorry like the blob was his responsibility or a part of him somehow - thats what im basing this off of.
and NOW i think they are trying to harvest these animal blobby blobs by “fixing” the hybrid humans and then repurposing the blobby blobs as freak nasty sex toys and morally ambiguous semi-alive and ethically questionable farm equipment.

I love how the story has developed with Sion and Gray and El, but I can’t help but be left wanting more from Fenrir and El’s relationship. I hope that he’s next in the story arc so we can get some clarity and healing between them. atp i just feel bad for the man. and El too tbh. their whole dynamic rn just inspires pity for the both of them

Till the latter raw. Not yet. The kids already an adult (or young adult). MC almost an immortal, never aged. So, at one point he would looks Iike a son even grandson of them. Its kinda hearthbroken. No wonder he lives in seclusion. Well as for now its only the boy harbored the feeling but MC just look at him like a child.
