I still HATE ichigo's mother because "erm you're nothing like me but your sister is so I dont care wjat you do" ass bitch
I like to think ichigo cut her mom off so all her life updates are from her favorite child who even then rarely talks to her (because she's a good lil sis by actually caring about her sister)
Her mother in the anime ver was very supportive of ichigo
I haven't watched the anime much but what I remember was that it was tje dad who supported her
Do watch the anime, the storyline is quite different. The romance is almost 0, but the plot is less messy. Ichigo's family is very supportive of her in the anime, even attending her grandprix and visiting her at her shops. The manga falls short in many aspects.
I still think kashino is a wrong fit for ichigo but oh well, ill give it a watch ty
