I'm at chap 42 and after seeing the later chapter titles, I feel like it's gonna get angsty and I'm scared to continue.... spoiler pls TT
They have a happy end together and even though some bad things happen with the people around them, they work through it together and other people get what's coming to them. Their relationship stays pretty healthy throughout.
