The manhwa drifted from the novel... A lot of missing scenes .... If you want to read this work, I would suggest to read novel... The manhwa is rushed. It's like they draw it with the mindset, "I have to draw this work and complete it as soon as possible"
This is really a hard read. They are both too unstable, doesn't communicate, hangs on each other without a proper conversation, always talks in circles instead of saying what the point is directly, etc

It’s not bad, just overused. It also kind of makes it feel like :0 it’s fated to be rather than it just being life going with the tides.
