I'm well aware all these tropes are overused- it's the way the story is narrated that make it an interesting read. Most stories get boring when they start stretching out arcs- which is normal since these are all light novels. Some manage to pick up the pace, some I read just to fill the time. Tbh, I don't even need to complain since I'm reading it for free, but I was quite tired the day I commented this, usually I refrain from complaining.

Gosh, I love how their relationship dynamic is so healthy! Despite having an age gap, Jongchan does not overpower Seunghyun, rather, he gives him meaningful advice and lets him decide on his own- you don't understand how important this is! Jongchan is clearly more experienced, but he doesn't manipulate Seunghyun, he gave honest feedback and let Seunghyun grow according to his pace. Honestly, I loved this chapter for the job discussion, maybe because I am a graduate myself so I can relate very well to Seunghyun!!!
