Like i dont mind romance, actually I love it, but sometimes in action/regression/isekai/ect romance is just lazily thrown in
MCs too busy trying to survive to pay attention to romance right now. However, there is a girl from some major sect that the author might be trying to set him up in the future. And she actually feels like her own character. The MC is also just 15-16 right now and there may be a female Hisoka in the mix. She only has like 2 chapters of screen time.
so far: no one falls for him at first sight or even with just a few interactions. there's also no interest from his end towards anyone. definitely no harem thus far. and spoiler not spoiler because it's intro'd in the first chapter or whatever; mc has a condition where he currently only has a few short years to live so his only real goal and mindset is on getting stronger in order to get information (or w/e it was) on how to cure/overcome his condition and live longer. he doesn't have a spare braincell for anything else atp.
no harem or romance. if your life have a time limit and you had to work yourself to death for survival, can you even pay attention to the matters of the heart?

It's probably because Fluffy follows Mr. A like a puppy that wants its owner's attention. Fluffy was probably an adult when he got the virus but ended up with the mentality of an obedient puppy. Puppies are really loving toward the person they consider their human, so that's probably why he's considered a puppy.
