It was so subtle that I wasn't sure if anyone actually knew what had happened... For example Aiden only mentioned how Ciel had hurt Irene, which sounded to me more like worry due to her weakened state as a guide than for having intimacy with his brother.
I mean, her family don't even know yet that she is a guide, because apparently all of them are blind and stupid despite the many times Irene took care of Ciel, Morgan and Aiden and they suddenly POOF, improved miraculously?!
Ur right thwy were rlly vague but i think when Irene passed out, Ciel wouldnt have the time to dress her up. So her being naked with bitemarks prolly wouldve been seen by someone...at least the maid. My only problem with this (as a fiction work) is that she feels nothing. I mean, he's pouring his all due to circumstances but she just doesn't care, she is merely following orders. She's dominating him but feels no joy nor pleasure from it, and is just making me feel sad that she's so... unattached.
