I have a great idea for a plot twist
MC overhears that ML is talking bad about him like hi isn't cute or sm, but it was intentional by ML. It broke MC's heart. He is sick for like 4-5 days and doesn't use a phone. In mean time ML is thinking that MC is just pouting and is waiting for MC to confront him. When MC woke up he asked his parents to change schools and ofc they agreed. Next week ML can't wait anymore and is looking for MC and everyone is in disbelief. No one knows where is he. ML starts to get angry and goes to teachers. There he finds out that MC changed schools like 7 days ago. ML rushes to MC's house and there he finds out that they moved out. He somehow finds MC's new address and school. He comes near his school and finds MC happy with friends and one especially good looking "friend". After school ML goes to MC and tries to explain everything (how he just wanted him to be his, how he didn't mean what he said ECT.). MC just listened and asked "are you done?". Then says " I really liked you, I loved you, but you ruined my social life, my self-respect and many other things all bc you loved me? Oh please, you only love yourself." Then MC turns to go but turns around and says "Don't contact me, you are dead to me." Then MC goes to his good looking "friend" and ML has a break down.
