I don't know who translated the ones uploaded but it use to be done by two groups. They stopped 3 years ago but one of the two picked up and they did vol 6 last year and are still active.
So I wouldn't call this dropped yet but it could be. Best to ask that group what they are doing and if they are continuing. Could be they didn't have the raws for the next volumes and since they have other manga they are doing didn't got looking for this one.

I came here because i saw this manga on the homepage (someone was searching for it.) The first red flag was shotacon. The second was rape. BUT! I still read it more like skimmed through it.
