It was literally put in there for comedic effect and for a misunderstanding scene. It literally only happened once in the story and then the author didn’t do anything with that info.

She is an actual girl, but it’s true that she likes Agnes (the OG Agnes). Though it’s unclear if it’s romantically like people wish for, or just admiration.
