I wish authors would stop using it. I know many wanna deny the fact, but you do have to acknowledge the fact that underage kids and people who have no experience with dating or love are reading these, which may give them the impression that if this happens its totally okay, which is f*cking not.
Its so f*cking sad seeing so many stories using these or similar tropes to move the story on or actually using the trope for the plot. There are so many other ways of making a story interesting, why do you have to choose these?
I understand the stories that have this trope to show that is bad and so f*cked up, but the ones that actually use it just to have a s*x scene or to scare one of the guys/girls into running into mr. Savior's arms pisses me off.
