I want to know if some people thought of an actual person from a kpop group or something from the title because that's what it seems like to me lmao. I do know Ivan though, love him to dead (like him).

When the readers are rooting for the male lead that killed (or any serious crimes) the female lead in her previous life. No matter how much the male lead changed in the current life, the trauma that the female lead went through in her previous life still remains and I hate that the readers overlook it. I don't give a fuck if that bastard changed, a......

There's not a time where I caught myself CRY that often (not always) while reading a Manhwa/Manhua, unlike a Manga that does it so effortlessly. I don't know why that's the case, but I find Manga more emotionally provoking to me.

I feel like it's another "cringy" thing that people would like to misinterpret as something bad, so no, I don't particularly care about it. I could argue it's another trait of neurodivergent people that neurotypical people would like to make fun of.

(Prepared for a long essay) A manga called "In the clear moonlight dusk" is somewhat a diversion from typical gender expression you can see on media. Yoi, a high school girl, looks extremely androgynous. To the point that if it weren't for binary division of gendered school dress codes, she would be completely mistaken for a guy and no will quest......

What is a "strong female character" for you? The most used and applied definition; female characters who can physically, and/or mentally, fight against her oppressors. Whether she would be cunning and smart, strong and athletic, or preferably, both. But I wonder, what is everyone else's own definition apart from the definition I provided?

It just comes with media literacy honestly. They refuse to acknowledge subtexts that goes against their view and/or blatantly ignoring them. One primary example I can think of is queer subtexts/implications between two characters but because it's a subtext, not directly or stating it on a media, they might come to the conclusion that they are just ......
Gris answered question about question
I'm convinced that some people take all they consume on face value and incapable of analyzing media and have to be shown explicit scenes to get the message through them. Implications and subtexts doesn't exist to them (heavily leaning towards queer subtexts in media here).

Ohh I love this one 3rd - Crush to lovers, this is the first time I have ever heard of this trope. Now that I think about, it's good but not that high for me. 2nd - Friends to lovers, I like the pining (and the angst), I would absolutely love to end up with someone who was my friend but it's a double edged sword to be honest. The constant tensions......

I have a horrible "kink" that I would like characters that are unjustifiable/widely disliked by the fandom and often mischaracterized at the same time. Often targeted by either misogyny and/or lack of understanding a character that isn't on the surface.

It's a delusion from them. Their thought process would be "It's something I enjoy and masturbate on, even when rape is a crime and unforgivable, it's fictional anyway. Therefore, it's okay" you can see from the comments they're proving this thought process. The defense from them would always be because it's "fictional", and it's meeting their fanta......

The way I got so many dislikes over a comment stating that a teacher dating a student the moment they turned 18 is wrong and it shouldn't be the case at all. Safe to say it is normalized. And they call it "I'm reading the wrong genre" preying over students when you're a teacher is a GENRE, excuse me???

Jealousy, honestly. Especially if it's pre-relationship, seeing them being jealous while they're denying their feelings is mwah, love it.
