Ok so I re-read the entire story and I am still confused on the whole king situation. SO....are there 2 different kings or is there just 1 king entirely? Because I do remember earlier in the chapters that they said the giant demon was the "fake king" and that there were 2 kings but then in Lanoste's flashback it's showing that the giant is the original but then there's Rood's King persona who is also king so is there 1 in 2 forms then or 2 different kings?

i believe that there is only one king and that is rood/black king. when lispen said that the thing 'below" was not the true king, it is true. its just that the humans believed that the one they captured was THE king but it really wasnt because the TRUE king is rood
