It is their 7th life! (Vol. 1) The Vincent from the first chapter is 6th life Vincent ^^ A lot of novel readers speculated that their 8th life might be the last. Vol. 3 is still ongoing and Vol. 4 might be released next year so the ending isn't confirmed yet
Oriana will die in vol. 2 -> another time loop -> Vincent will remember everything but Oriana won't... It will be Vincent's PoV in the next volume!
Also, Miguel remembers all their past lives. He tried to help them, but it only made them die earlier so he decided to just watch. Poor Miguel T___T
To add, everyone can read the japanese novel ^^ it has 201 chapters atm! I've heard from other readers that the ending might be like romeo and juliet typa tragedy but we'll see

really like this story and i’m glad it’s a happy ending ^___^ something intense will happen before the happy ending tho,,, they will meet eunchan’s friend who betrayed him and soojeong will get bitten :/ fortunately eunchan beat the shit outta them and they continued searching for the evacuation center (a little drama sad moment after that)
BUT YAY THEY FOUND IT AND EUNCHAN’S FAMILY IS ALSO THERE AND SOOJEONG WILL GET CURED AND THEY’LL LIVE TOGETHER WOOHOO
