It's rally hard for me to read a manga or manhwa like this where the FL can finally escape from the kingdom then the king does something to tie her down to the country even if she didn't want to. I really get negative when I read situation like this like "tf are you doing ml? " "if the FL really want out there she would've try harder escaping" "seriously she has that all that information or something in her head and she's a capable made yet she isn't even capable of thinking a plan to escape?" but in the end of course they'd both end up together cause duh
Times like these I just really really really wish they don't end up together, like at the end of the story they live their own lives content. Not married together. Just content with their each their own happy ending.

Y’all do know that what she did was huge and she is a war slave. To ask freedom from the crown prince implies to him that she doesn’t want to be a slave anymore, but in reality she just really really wanted to free deadass free but how does the ML know that, he can’t read minds. What he’s doing is the duty of the crown prince not selfishness. The FL contribution that lead to peaceful relations with the other country helped their own country from that princess’s blunder.
I completely understand you’re own view points but please keep in mind he can’t read her mind nor actions.

Exactly!!! If this manhwa had a completely different development, for example Marie needing to have a stronger position and the prince only bestowed her freedom, we would be talking about how he didn't gave her a properly reward, and indeed, the prince doesn't even know that she is the princess that he has been looking for, so keeping this is mine, how would he know that the last thing she wants is being far away from him? Like she herself said, if she wasn't a princess, there would be this possibility of something happening between them, and again she doesn't even know that he is searching her for marriage and not for kill her, that, at the last thing is what she is running away for

I agree with this. Marie never told the King she wanted to leave the Empire.
I know Marie told the King she wants freedom but she is a prisoner of war so I think the King misunderstood her. The King cannot read minds.
With that being said, even I as a King would want to have Marie as my aid. With that kind of talent, I will also would try to tie them down to me even giving them titles.

Damn why do i feel like this turned into a some kind of argument? This are just my lesser thoughts, something that's like at the back of my mind. Plus I didn't even said he was selfish for keeping her nor did I say he can read minds. Tf? Anyways I'll say it if I'm not being clear I'm not mad I just feel a little iffy when I read scenes like these but the iffyness eventually goes away anyways. geez.

The selfish comment was not on you, but on the first comment so calm buddy. You’re comment saying that in many stories the king ties the FL down to keep her justifies our comments saying that in this story the ML did not mean to tie her down because he didn’t intend it to. But I agree with you that it is hard to read stories like that because we support the FL in her decisions do seeing her try so hard and get so close only to be shut down hurts. But I wanted to say it’s not the ML intention to do so.
Me:b-but they're already fated for the twins?
Also Me in a black hooded cloak:it's fine, I mean look at aseph and the prince don't they look nice together? Look at them. LOOK!
