THANK YOU. The main character is so stupid as well. He complains about being used, yet he is being used once more and is jumping to conclusions about him and the ml’s relationship. Moreover, it feels like the author is trying to keep an air of mystery but all I feel is frustration and confusion. The mystery scenes are literally just the ml brooding the entire time. The plot is almost predictable to a fault. They likely knew each other before, he has a fiancé or something, mc gets kidnapped or used, they fight, they make up. Etc.

relationships usually come with some arguments and misunderstandings unfortunately.. and what matters is if they can get through it together.. and I don't really see why this is toxic lol. there's just a ton of misunderstandings going on atm

This goes beyond an argument, this is purposefully hurting the other party in order to satisfy your own spitefulness. We have Mr ghosting here, which is a form of emotional abuse. And we have Mr say hurtful words which is also a form of emotional abuse. You can have arguments with your partner, friends and even family without being purposefully emotionally abusive.

There's no misunderstanding. How do you misunderstand someone ghosting you? That's a deliberate action. He could have conveyed he wanted space, that's absolutely his right to do so and it let's his partner not worry. Then how do you misunderstand your partner telling you they slept with someone else knowing its causing them anger and stress? That's purposefully done. He could have not said anything and just told him he isn't comfortable talking about who else he's sleeping with. They're emotionally abusive to eachother. That's not a good relationship.

Neither Jaeyoung or Sangwoo are perfect and I think the author delivers that pretty well.. Jealousy and being petty is a thing lol and again what matters is if they can get past it together. I just think breaking up with someone immediately after an argument is just immature in my humble opinion because it means that you're not willing to change or even work things out.. but you do you bro.. ╮(￣▽￣)╭

It's normal to argue and disagree. It's normal to breakup and move on. It's normal to not get along with some people. What's not normal is attaching malice and emotional abuse to these arguments. You can't abuse someone and then claim well other people do it so it's OK. Arguing is ok BUt abuse is not OK!

I'm just saying miscommunications and jealousy is a thing and not everyone can be perfect. If everyone broke up at the first sight of trouble then I seriously doubt there'd be so many couples around.. I have a feeling you're overly romanticising what a relationship means and expect it to be all perfect when it's not most of the time.. Shit happens when two different people share a life together and what matters is if they work together to get over it.. Plus I believe that by categorising this situation as emotional abuse really undermines what emotional abuse really is..

See this is why alot of people are in abusive relationships and dotn leave. You'd stick with some who ghosts you or tells you that they're sleeping around, so what of it? And you justify being treated that way because "no one is perfect", "it's normal to be treated that way". Hiding abuse behind miscommunication, normality and "we're all flawed" rhetoric. How miscommunication = to ghosting and malice lies? In what world are those the same?

I would at least try to get to the bottom of the issue instead of abruptly breaking up with them.. but that's just me I suppose.. and it's because of the miscommunication that the ghosting and lies happened.. they're not equal, just correlated to each other..

Plus it's just my humble opinion that every relationship has its issues and you must be truly blessed if you've been in one without any problems.. I've been in my fair share of messed up relationships and I understand what you're trying to say.. but saying that they should just break up over this is kind of ridiculous to me. Maybe in an ideal world with the perfect people, we wouldn't have all these problems but unfortunately we nor Jaeyoung/ Sangwoo have the opportunity to live there. By your standards, practically no one would be able to be in a relationship since everyone has their issues and I can assure you that almost no relationship has ever been the perfect one.

They both are hurting from the misunderstandings and are lashing out at each other. It's that simple. People tend to do that when they're upset. Again, what truly matters is if they can get past it together and learn to communicate better.
