He mentioned that he pushed his wife away cause he failed to provide for her even though she was against the divorce they still went ahead and got it. Now imagine yourself in her shoes, the man you loved and married divorced you because he went bankrupt manages to go back in time and do over his mistakes and avoid the bankruptcy eliminating the reason for a divorce in the first place. Instead of him coming back to you now that he has his life together he decides to upgrade to another woman? In short the man you loved goes back in time and casts you aside along with his poverty past self despite all the things you went through with and for him. I’m in bed right now and I’m looking at my boyfriend imagining if he did that to me, kinda gets me mad. Of course the wife doesn’t know that now cause of the do over but thinking someone you love abandoned you twice, first when he was poor and second when he was rich, is so sad and in both cases she had no say in it. Imagine the pain of the divorce she went through and now the pain she’ll never get to feel but is still there from being thrown away again. But that’s the tragedy in life. Given the chance most people would gladly forget their spouses for a new, richer and prettier person. Who can even fathom the butterfly effect, what if he was then only person she could ever love. What if she ends up with an abusive partner now? You can’t force him to be with her but man is a D*CK. The type who’d move on to he next without a second thought. She was convenient when he was younger and only for a while until he found something better and that’s why I don’t really like his character.
PS now I’m super pissed at my boyfriend for hypothetically imagining him doing this lol
All that was in his previous life. That previous life is null and void now. Relationships from his previous life don't carry over. Frankly, assuming simeone should end up with you just cuz you were together in a previous life isn't a good enough basis. They may have known each other and had foundation for a relationship previously, but no they don't.
I don't think money was the only problem - he clearly is an air head when it comes to romance and reading what others in a relationship want from him. They were married for years and if in that time - before he went bankrupt and was fine - they couldn't sort things between them then I wouldn't want them to try again.
Whether he gets back with his previous wife or Haemi or with anyone else for that matter, I will support that relationship so long as I feel it had a good foundation.
This is his metaphorical rebirth, not reLIVING everything as before.
There isn't just ONE person who'd be a good life partner for us. I bef you there are literally thousands of guys with contrasting personalities that I could form different flavours of relationship with that could each be life long.
The ex-wife doesn't need him and he doesn't need her. If they naturally end up together again, that's cool, and I hope he doesn't get into same habits with her again.
I think Haemi would be better suited though as she can teach him about romance and reading other people in a way his ex-wife clearly couldn't. He's here to learn in his new life and new experiences can stimulate growth in the romance part of his brain which he clearly lacks.
He can't tell if others like him. He doesn't get attached to others (apart from his parents). He seems pretty aloof and a workaholic - a bad habit carried over from his job as surgeons don't really get to have a work life balance or enough sleep and most end up divorcing because they simply can't make enough time for their SO. This is further exacerbated by him being clueless even when he does come across opportunities and has time.
All of these ate major areas he needs to grow in. I just think restarting with his ex-wife might re awaken old habits instead of teach him healthier new habits to replace such bad habits.
So Nam Goo Gim came from a family of shamans. Chan Soo Gim should aproach them about the injustice done to their son who was sacrificed by Seung Mang Yi. In fact they should, along with the family, kidnap and take Seung Mang Yi to the Barbecue outpost and have him sacrificed to free the spirits of the dead soldiers then afterwards purify the place for good!
So I’m reading this again and I just realized only Bum got sick after eating the food with the rat poison in chapter 5. Why is that!? What if they both died and the story that progressed after was all in his mind as he slipped into death? Immediately after Sangwoo starts acting super nice and the sexual advances towards Bum become more prominent. He goes through such a tonal shift almost as if to suit the type of person Bum wants him to be. He still remains twisted even in Bum’s fantasy because Bum was twisted too which heavily influences the type of daydreaming he’d have of Sangwoo. Why didn’t Sangwoo get sick? And if he did why didn’t he confront Bum? - it’s a far fetched theory but why did the rat poison food just end like that?
Why is Daniel all of a sudden ok to hang out with Crystal? After he found out about her Dad’s involvement in all the gangs he swore to keep his distance from her cause she could be involved too and is possibly a spy. But now with this new arc he seems not to care about anymore. When did he have a change of heart? Did I miss it?
I think it's more so he wanted to have a normal trip with his friends and she was invited as well, if he tries to make a big deal about her being there it would be pretty suspicious to everyone else considering they know nothing of their circumstances, that's just my idea I may have missed something that caused him to be fine with her around tho
I tell you, this WEBTOON will go for 500 chapters! She’ll only reveal she’s really the mother years later when her son is 32 years old after he requires a bone marrow transplant due to him being in an accident and the only person who can be a donor is his real mother! BUT plot twist! She was dreaming all along and the truth was never revealed, she instead developed severe dimensia and is unable to discern reality! The son is indeed 32 years old but there was never an accident and she was never a donor! Thus we get 500 more side chapters where her son has to Indiana Jones his way to the truth at the old age of 68! Unfortunately the truth is stubborn and he dies at the age of 101 where he finally meets his real mother, Kate, in heaven! This is the opportune time for her to tell the truth but she doesn’t because there’s another plot twist, the devil is threatening Kate to keep her lips shut or he’ll kidnap her son and send him to the underworld! Apparently her evil sister is in kahoots with Satan and is holding the truth hostage in order to hoodwink fate and make it that in the next life she’ll become the real mother to Kate’s son and do over her marriage! However, just as they’re about to be reincarnated Lily, who is now an archangel steps in to save the day but is ambushed by the butler who was actually the devil in disguise. The chaos leads to an error and the recantation going wrong! Instead the characters are sent back in time to 300 BC where Kate’s soul is put in a body of a young warrior which leads the entire series to become YAOI— I’d tell you what happens next but I’ll probably be too old to continue reading the WEBTOON.

The butler is stupid! They’re more worried about how his actions tarnished their name than how the butler is doing. Why was he killing people again? Loyalty for what? Everyone in the manga is stupid! They do the most unnecessary things man!
