I’m glad that’s been sorted, all I know is that Ashley’s presence is all very new to Iris so I would like to see it take a while before she truly accepts her. I would also like to see some real character development from Ashley, Iris has every right to find Ashley annoying. Why? Because two things can be true at the same time, she could feel sorry for Ashley and not believe it’s her fault whilst finding her very annoying. When Ashley puts in the effort to become more dependable I’m sure Iris will respect her more and therefore grow closer. Iris defo seems like the type where to win her favour she has to respect you. It would be nice if the story develops in a way where Iris learns more tolerance and patience and Ashley puts in the work to be less of a burden.
This manga is a lot of jargon wrapped in a pretty bow. Long winded round about strategies and explanations just to tell us that she would like to be a neutral factor (only to outsiders) to help her brother gain the support he needs. Maybe it’s because I’ve read similar manga’s with similar plots that do the political angle so well this one literally is nonsens. Well At least she’s pretty
God this might sound weird but why is she the only MC I’ve come across that actually ACTS her age? I’ve come across so many MC’s with the total age of 40+ and none of them act like it. When it comes to this particular trope she’s up there as my top faves. I really really like her
