I would say have a case discussion relating to a specific disease which then u went into the general clincal presentation ( this helps a lot especially later in clinical year) then from this u should work on some differential diagnosis, and try studying what's need to be done to differentiate all the ddx by its history, PE and Investigation. Pathophysiology will be easier to remember if u learn it this way cuz u can see the symptoms and history and work the path in between them. Management is often time just memorising based on ur country guideline or more specific ur hospotal guide
