I think Seungho stopped being rational the moment he realized he liked/loved Nakyum, which makes sense in my opinion. No thinking just feeling. And NK embraced his real self who enjoys s*x so he stopped fighting Seungho. But they haven't actually talked about anything that's why there isn't any development in their relationship/characters. And I think we may have to wait until S3 for that.
