Everyone I know who loves this series acknowledges that it was rape and that it was wrong so no we're not glorifying rape. If you keep reading past the 3rd chapter you'd see that the story takes it seriously too. It's not just forgiven and forgotten like so many other series. Morinaga is an asshole and he knows what he did was wrong and he tries to remove himself from the situation. I think it deals well with being raped by someone you care for.
I'm not going to try to convince you to read more because you've already made the decision that it's awful and everyone who reads it is bad. Please move on to something else.
