Well, all things considered, though, with the way in which this killer works (kidnapping / stabbing - and not more covert stuff like poison or the like), the bestie may actually, ironically, be the safest right now if he's in the hospital, where he's surrounded by people 24/7 and can't easily be attacked or abducted.
