Probably to erase the original text so that they can put the translation on top
It means prepare it for type-setting.
You need to erase all the text there is.
It also means removing every sfx youre capable of.
That's basicly it for this title.
I also removed some dust and repared quality a little as lezhin (original site where artist posts it in korean) kills it a bit :<

I think hazuki still not the true shima worrior. He haven't inherit Garai name. He only had Tarupa, but not the true shima worrior name. Just like Kouichi inherit name as Raki and had Luche as his guardian.

There is a group scanlating this, but all of their scans are kept under lock and key. I wouldn't expect a group to upload the new chapters any time soon, unless an individual decides to take on the task independently.
