I think she asked that dude in black armor who Kumoko met back at the lavas in the labyrinth. The dude can teleport anywhere & the Demon king can't but it seems they're cohorts so it explains things.
But doesnt that dude work for "d" and "d" apparently wants the mc to win against demon king so, maybe the dude is like an insider
No. "D" just wants entertainment. Her powering up Kumoku was just to spice things up. The situation was already chaotic to begin with. W/ Kumoku & her classmates in the mix, it just went full throttle. "D" coundln't care less if Kumoku wins or not but she enjoys her struggles hence why she gives a little hand.
Black armor dude is in cahoots w/ "D" but she lets him do join the Demon King it seems due to the reason ive stated above: She wants fun. Whether they betray her or not does not matter as long as its fun to her. "D" is beyond crazy, dont expect her to have any proper reason for her actions.
As for the black armor dude, he works for the Demon King Ariel as one of her assistant it seems. Ariel is powerful asf but she lacks instant mobility like Kumoko hence why she can only fly-chase our ever elusive spider. The armor dude can do insta teleport anywhere so tracking Kumoko is no sweat.
I havent fully read the novel yet but I do get one thing w/ the things so far:
The Hero & Demon King wants to get rid of D as she is beyond crazy and is the reason the world would end. They managed to attack her when she hides as a human which is the reason why Kumoku & her class died & was reincarnated.

For this part , they didn't attack "D" because she "doesn't care" or "she"s crazy" , they attack her because Potima manipulated them to do so (at least that's what the WN say , I'm not yet into this part on the LN so I can't say the author decided to make it otherwise in the LN)
But isn't the LN orig source tho? Cuz im not much into the WN
Yes , LN is the Original source but WN is base (scratch) , they just improve/review the WN into something better (?) when writing the LN, so I don't think they will change the script so much.
