I think they're talking about the saintess with silver/gray hair, that's in reality the author of the story in this webtoon. Not the real author I guess, but this world's the one of a novel, and that novel's author is the saintess.

If people want to start a debate based on logic, it's fine, but there's no need to slam the story and if they are too uncomfortable, just stop reading... It's not incest as per definition of the word, though folks may find the relationship odd/uncomfortable. Them getting married does not cause any genetic issues and most cultures don't condemn it I think. Personally, I find it bordering uncomfortable, but since they did not grow up together (beyond the 1-2 years right after she was adopted where they didn't quite see each other as siblings as of yet anyway), I can accept it.
