Can I say one thing...tho I love Cain, I really hate that he is the only who has this "reincarnation" story plot. I would be different if the story involved all the characters around that aspect but it doesn't and its kind of odd that it doesn't. Maybe the author was tryna jazz up the love triangle in a different way, but I've come to realize that I think its dumb and the story would have been better off without it or it done in its usual way if there was gonna be a love triangle. Cain could have even been a different childhood friend the MC had. But this reincarnation thing is crap, and it's dumb he's the only character involved in it.
Also the fucking audacity of having him in a collar and leash. This shit is so dumbbbbb! Like I just can't . I don't know why I never notice how stupid it really it. WTF! Just end the story. And please don't tell me this is based off a novel and that it goes into more detail about his reincarnation.

If you think about its not crap if you take in the title name, many theorized Cain is possibly endgame because of the title as it related to his past as a dog hence the lesh and Jooin name meaning master/owner in korean. Another theory is the reincarnation backstory will be revealed once Jooin remembers because Cain mention telling Jooin will lose its meaning to the memories. I think the creator's are setting it up like that but I do have to save waiting until S3 is a bit too long

I don't think they are fully. I think it's more so a family tie that is keeping them bonded. Being that the MC from the past has history with the ML. I think ML has made MC family his guardians over the years, possibly waiting for a reincarnation of the MC. He probably held on to the orb in hopes that he could give it to the MC when he reincarnated, but forgot because of the orbs power. But what I don't understand is how MC made a family to carry on looking over/benefiting from the ML if MC was suppose to be his mate. How would he make a family. And if that's not the case how did the MC's family find out about the dragon, because wasn't MC's family killed? Or was it the Empire's family who were killed?

I really love this story...I just hate that he's not telling him he was the fiance. They story isn't really giving a lot into the ML remembering his past. That aspect of the story is moving to slowly, we are 40+ chapters and we barley had any hints reflecting he's remembering anything. And if he does know, I hate that we are waiting to tell the MC "like hey I remember everything." I just feel like we are getting no where. Just a lot of foreshadowing but none of it moving the present story along or why he ask the MC to come stay with him.
In the deal, he was told not to reveal anything about himself, I'm guessing something bad would happen if the father found out that his youngest son found the fraud. Why else would he want to erase his existence about the past ? We're still not seeing everything you know, we don't know what the full picture is. All we see is the MC's POV. Who knows? The ML might be acting he doesn't know anything and might be finding a good time to tell him everything.
Just because a person with amnesia lost memories, doesn't mean their whole body will forget everything. Since the MC can't change their face, of course they'll look similar from years ago. You can still distinguish someone's face from years ago, unless they got surgery or you have face blindness.

And it's those moments that aren't reflected enough within the story. It's very very very small. And I understand that we are currently looking through the MC POV but even those moments of what happened are very small too. We already know what they spent time with each other in the past, what we don't know is what happened after that. Like with the grandfather, the son and the ML accident. For us being 40+ chapters we should be seeing more of that aspect of the story. We are still on them having day dates, and have moments in the house, or meeting ppl who are close to the ML's family.
And don't get me wrong those moments are sweet, but we honestly didn't need a chapter about when the dog got lost, or meeting that girl when she was a kid. Them showing his mom yes or them going out to drink yes because it could have revealed or hinted at that he knows the MC is a guy. But my point is that the story is spending to long in the honeymoon faze and not showing any progress into the after honeymoon faze. If that makes scene.
I'm tryna figure out why she giving old dude so many opportunities. Cuz did he not play in your facecwith miss bubble gum twist, did he not sit back and watch you get bullied by everyone, did he not have ten years to apologize.....I don't understand how he likes you all of a sudden. And I don't understand how she doesn't understand. Like he is trash and borderline insane. And it pisses me off she's not putting him in his place.
So this story is shit now. Did not enjoy the last chapter. The village benefiting while he's being mutilated.

What are we even aiming for at this point? This is why I can't do mafia manga sometimes, because they tend to bring to much of that side story into the main story. But than there's never enough pieces from either story to tell why we needed these sides stories and characters for the main story. I didn't need to know that pretty boys story, I don't see why old characters keep coming back to kill the MC, I don't under why we need to know about this mafia war and ain't old dude from the first season still looking for the MC, cuz he literally joined the mafia to find him so he can do what...abuse him more.
If anyone has bullet points to explain why this story is going the way its going that would be nice.

Im only a quarter of the way through this....but wtf The MC is such a goof I swear. He makes me so embarrassed for him, but at the same time love it. He's like that nervous squeeze in your chest you get when you like someone but in human form.
I feel we haven't progressed that much within the story. Just kind of the same stuff, new day. There are a lot of things I want her to tell her husband, mostly about he life back home. And I also want to see this sister of her's that was treated better. I want her ro see how not doubt herself and just be awesome. I'm tired of this low confidence girl. We 88 chapters deep...I need more development than this.
