It sucks that she left but there’s no way of knowing whether he forced her to give over custody of hyesung, or if she figured it was better to leave him in a more financially stable environment. Especially if she was simply fleeing on a whim.
I agree, it’s just with this BL, the “bad” characters end up being redeemed through...whatever reasons so there’s like a part of me that really dislike the dad, but I also want to hear from his perspective. It’s complicating

uhhhhhh I have to continuously remind myself that Taesung is a gangster, korean Yakuza, “bad” guy, so his behavior makes sense. Yikes. I was hoping it was all sunshine and rainbows but that’s the reality I guess...I can’t lie, I do like Taesung...but only a little bit.
