These characters exist in tons of media but I'm telling you no one talks about them you may think that people talk about them but trust me the minor character trope of the character who "betrays the MC or the main cast and then comes back to them and is forgiven" is talked about more often. These characters never reach the point of Gyesul which is why it's never addressed or sometimes the MC or main cast I need to do equally bad or even worse stuff which undermines the impact of the character's actions.
I don't think I can take this seriously anymore, a bit too cliche; and the fan service makes me not take it seriously along with random insertions of comedic moments that really could be done without.
