Idk about anyone else but I'm glad the artist company/studio dropped this because their art was not only TRASH they were horrible to the author. Everytime I remember its makes me so mad how can an employee who is taking smack about an author that the studio chose to make an manhua adaptation on not be reprimanded by the company?? Didn't ever apologize and the complaint even took her side by liking a hate comment of the author??

SVSSS out of all 3 series always gets the short end of the stick. Heavens official blessing and mo Dao zu shi have amazing artist. Both got licensed to be adapted into live action dramas and got an anime. Meanwhile svsss got 1 season of anime and that's pretty much it.

Now that I think about it there was been 3 different art styles throughout the whole series.

The first art style was from chapters: 1 to 19
The 2nd art style was chapters: 20 to 34
And the current artstyle starts from chapters: 35 to current

Xu An or Xu Yu? (絮桉) was the first artist, PoPo (魄魄) was the second, and the current artist according to the most recent chapters credit page are Firefighting Captain Xiao Fangfang (救火队长小方方) and Eat something good in the villa (在别墅里吃点好的)

Eat something good in the villa is the same artist from The Fallen Merman according to their Twitter account where they post drawings.
NOW for some reason there was a change in the credit page recently on chapter 62 and 63 'Eat something good in the villa' went from main, and only, artist to supporting artist. From then on 'Firefighting Captain Xiao Fangfang' became the main artist while 'Eat something good in the villa' changed to supporting artist. The art style still actively looks like 'Eat something good in the villa' art style so there is almost no changes, however if you pay close attention there are some parts in the art that look different. Like the chibi style.

I THINK this might be because The Fallen Merman is still actively being worked on by 'Eat something good in the villa' so in order to manage work they became the supporting artist instead. So far I haven't heard of new artist or changs, it might just be a misunderstanding of 'Firefighting Captain Xiao Fangfang' becoming the new main artist while 'Eat something good in the villa' went from main artist to supporting artist.

THAT IS WHY I THINK THERE WILL BE NO NEW ARTIST AND THEY ARE JUST TAKING THEIR TIME TO UNDATE, THANK YOU FOR COMING TO MY TED TALK

Guys dw im pretty sure this is old news of the past artist. Just recently there was a merch announcement on th 15th of the current artist.

I couldn't wait and looked at the raws (which is complete) and now I feel so empty

I gave it a shot because I didn't wanna be a hater and judge a book by its cover and I came out of it still being a hater.

The logic is so wonky, the characters seem like they lack brain cells, and don't get me started on the animation. Especially the sex scenes were hard to look at. I feel like I could have liked it if all the characters were actually hot. That would cancel out most of the bad stuff.

I can't believe I didn't read this earlier and of course when I read it, it ends off on the BEST PART
