I've read some comments about the age gap and what not, but I recall the fl mentioning he was 12 when the assassins were trying to kill them, and later on when the dad came back after the month she spent recuperating they talked about the child's 9th birthday. Wouldn't that make the age gap only 4 years? Or am I missing something (￣∇￣")
I usually dislike large age gaps especially when the ml ends up being someone that watched the fl grow up, it just weirds me out. I don't feel that's the case here, when she was younger he seemed to have contradictory feelings towards her because she's the daughter of his enemy but at the same time the only person who showed him kindness after all he went through. Now tho he does seems to be getting self-conscious about his feelings for her.
