This was kind of short in my opinion, but considering that this was the author's first work, they did a great job. I actually liked the story.
Uhm this manga was pretty interesting. I've been watching a lot of educational videos about DID for the past months so it was a shocker when he said he has DID. It was so out of the blue sksjdksks.
But also, I'm pretty sure alters can't vanish just like that? Either they become dormant or they integrate with another alter?? I don't know. When he said Mutsumi "vanished", it just kind of bothered me,, but this is just a manga so,,, meh

Maybe I misread something. But yeah, I've never heard of someone's alter dissapearing.
I can see how the grandfather's so desperate for Huanwen to wed and have kids. You'd tend to end up demanding for the person you raised to have a better life and situation than yours— in grandpa's case, he doesn't want Huanwen ending up alone.
One thing I like about this though, is that the grandpa didn't specifically say that he wanted grandkids of his own blood. Maybe it was somehow implied that he wants Huanwen to continue their bloodline, but I'm still going to hold on to the fact that he never said it.
