No he is saying that he "likes rindo" but he doesn't necessarily love him. Outside looking in though he probably is just obsessed with him and maybe feels for him in a way u would a crush perhaps. For his wife the situation is tricky but from what I could gather she felt at fault for some mishaps that went on during Yanagi's life so when she saw him give up on his dream she forced him to quit and gave him every thing to begin his tattoo artist career. However that established codependency rather than just pure love between the two. She was aware of that and I guess partially out of guilt she gave him whatever he wanted. To me at least it seemed like he also loves her as well but maybe he hasn't gotten to really like her or feel a genuine connection to her. Although with this recent arc it seems their going to try and be more like a couple. Hope that was good enough!
