Even though Blondie mentioned something about regressing, it seems more likely that his regression came from a different alternate universe than the one Zeke came from. Lila explained that there are multiple branches of fate, each leading to different paths and outcomes, so it makes sense. If Blondie really did regress, then it would’ve been from another branch entirely—not the same one as Zeke’s(〜￣△￣)〜
