pls this manga is genius. it's so well done: it employs all the tropes from isekai manga, but uses them as satire. it's also interesting to see such an interesting character contrast with the setting!! oh i'm really looking forward to this. also, the saint is kinda sus ?? idk why . gives me horrible vibes (?) maybe i've read too many isekai but her kinda character usually turns out two-faced

tell me they don't grow up together like siblings pls or i will sob . because that's incest & this could go so well!!!! i know people will be like 'but they're not blood related' WELL shocker ?? adoption exists. n e way. pls tell me they don't grow up together like siblings

I haven't read chapter 3 so please cmiiw... What's difference between childhood friends and adoption siblings in this case? They have no parents figure here, and they treat each other as friends (the brother might know the baby is not his biological siblings, the baby obviously knows), while most couple in childhood friends stories usually also grow up together like them
I mean what makes adoption siblings feels like real siblings is usually because they raised by the same parents and living in the same house or something right? They also has this mindset that they're siblings growing up, so it's gross if you end up falling love with someone who you saw as sibling for so long
But what if the adopted siblings don't see each other as siblings since the start? What if they're aware that they're not blood related and treat each other as friends?
In this manhwa they might live in the different palaces (since most royal themed manhwa are like that, especially abandoned princess like FL usually got the worst separated palace), there's no parents figure around them, they don't see each other as blood related siblings, don't they look like normal childhood friends?
I mean i also find manhwa called 'beware of the brothers' uncomfortable since the endgame couple used to live in the same house as siblings with their parents.. FL got adopted at 5 years old or something so both parties have clear memory that they're not blood related, they got separated after the parents died when FL is 11 or 12 years old and meet again when FL is around 18-20 before eventually end up as a couple.. They don't treat each other as siblings since the start and also got separated before FL become adult... Buuut i still found them gross since the parents figure obviously existed for a while, both FL and ML lived in harmony with their parents, the parents also treat and love FL like their actual daughter, it makes FL and ML feel like real siblings and it's uncomfortable for me when they end up together
But in this manhwa there's no parents figure around them, yes they share the same surname, but that alone doesn't make them raised or growing up as siblings, since what makes non-blood related children growing up as siblings is because their parents especially treat and raise them as siblings?
Honestly this kind of romance stories between non-blood related siblings are always kinda confusing

If I may share my opinion, the reason why I oppose incest is because of their future (child). Many factors occur with their child such as abnormalities to their growth and development (since it involves genetic characteristics). And actually, I asked my mother if it's possible if, for example, we have adopted a guy as my "brother" and we love each other, then it's okay since we are not blood-related. If it's really my biological brother then it's truly an incest (even I feel disgusted thinking about it hahaha)
pls i'm literally sobbing how am i supposed to process whatever i just read i'm
