Because he was the guy in his past who hurt Niel. Even though they made up and stuff people don't want Eugene to make moves on Niel. It's because out of nowhere he found Niel's account and started liking every post and following him. Which now can be an assumption he wants Niel back or something? Because he stated that he was still into him. Though Niel rejects him and stuff. I kind of take the whole account following a moment of truce? Like not being awkward and can put the past behind them. Though I could be wrong. (￣∇￣")
