With Japanese authors, it's mostly their publishers who send the warning letters from what I've seen. With Chinese authors, legal action is harder I guess especially if the work contains smut (read about Chinese bl authors that got jailed), and they mostly use weibo, so most of them are not active on X. Koreans authors are definitely more outspoken on social media out of all of them I think.
