I'm sorry, but I get irritated by this. Just because they have the same premise does not mean it's a rip off.
That's like saying Coco is a rip off of Book of Life because it have Spanish/Day of the Dead themes, or that Frozen is a rip off of Brave because they're both about familial love, that every single horror or Christmas movie are rip offs of he other movies in their genre. Or that SAO is a rip off of Log Horizon, which is a rip off of Hack.sign or whatever.

"Something may have the same premise and yet be a completely different story"
Which I completely agree on. And in all honesty, there's not really any "unique" plots out there anymore since there's fanfics/characters/stories/movies out there probably sharing traits with them.
And KS and Warehouse are rather different, I didn't even make the connection.
