Where do I begin with...?
Seme was the first being really honest and wanted to correct their issues, but he did way too many wrong moves as being aggressive, possesive, obsessed, forcing him, locking him up etc...
Uke seems he doesn't wanna solve a thing between them (so very unbearable sometimes to read, because you see that Seme wants to talk it through and fix their situation to end up together and be happy) But we gotta understand that he suffered enough and he just wanna leave and be in peace.
About Season 3... yes, It'll have a happy ending but, I hope the Seme behaves! And I hope Uke larns to express his discomfort and needs in a honest perspective way, without the inferiority complex due to their different social status.
I am wandering how will the author make them a happy ending because now it seems kinda impossible, they should have their respective partners at this point... nevermind, let's see what's gonna happen!
