Agree. And for him to openly live such a life, it seems merely for the show. He said to his brother that he is living the life that his father wanted. I interpret it as this: his father hated his sexuality. If his son wanted to be a homosexual, he would have to live as a depraved person as there can be no purity or love in such relationships.
Therefore Seugnho is living the way people think of homos. And i feel that deep inside he wants love, a real bond. Something that would prove to his father that love can be found even if you are gay.

I do think that he has feelings for the uke that he is unaware off but I would consider him to be possessive and obssessive rather than desperate for love.
