I think that's not how Toya mean to be. If he was like that he wouldn't allow Kazuma wENT to all those dating parties in the first place. Toya act like that when it come to Ono, bc Ono assaulted Kazuma before. Kazuma was supposed to talk to Toya about his insecurities, but instead he hid it, and when Toya saw him with Ono he blew up. Be it straight or gay, no one like their partners being close to other while putting front in front of their gf/bf. And he didnt treat Kazuma like manwhore, he respected him that's why he went and apologize to Kazuma after he realized his mistake and try to reconcile with Kazuma. About the girl, she is Toya co-worker,they going to work together at the same company, she was interested in Toya but that doesn't mean Toya have to make thing ugly by saying "get lost bitch" consider they at his work place, and that she didn't even confess her feeling. Toya was being mature about avoiding her advance. I see Toya as a straight forward guy, whom honest about his feeling, so I might being bais when it comes to him,but I believe he not as bad as you made him look like.

where do you get that he has a criminal record? that was never said. And he never got kicked out of jobs, he never got pass the interviews. the comic said no one gave him a job because he looked like a delinquent and he is so loyal to his current boss *because* he was the only person to hire him, despite his looks.

As someone said earlier, being buff does not in any means equate strength. An example of that are body builders. We aren't shown how he got kidnapped but we do know he has no formal training and most likely he was taken by surprise so he was out of his depth. It wasn't illustrated because it wasn't relevant to the story.
He didn't get kicked out of jobs because he fights. He wasn't able to get jobs due to his face which was also the reason why he got into fights. That's all we are given to work with.
BTW you saying "meek woman" as if woman are the only ones meek or the only ones who can be vulnerable is AT LEAST problematic

I went to reread chap 1 again and it was never mention he got rejected from 69 companies because of his record, but instead it was because of his “delinquent” looking face.
