Iâm pretty sure the reason why Khaol is asking for help has to do with his lover, Kavieri. I mean, the same Kavieri he had River killed to bring back to life. He still thinks River is that pushover he used to be, but not anymore.
Khaol didnât even apologize for what he did. He didnât even think it was necessary for him to get down on his knees and beg for forgiveness. First thing he does is ask for help like some toxic ex.
Someone that went out of his way to help your ex lover write a letter to you. You dare to betray him.
He still feels River loves him and wants to milk that emotion but I canât wait for him to receive the shock of his life. Idiot!

The fact that Khaol feels he has a right to ask River for help is pissing me off so much. Like, what the hell?! After ruining this story for me. Iâm so upset I feel like crying. Not once did he feel regret towards what he did to River. Not once did he even think about him with fondness. Itâs funny how everyone is making Chanwoo out to be some naive and vulnerable cinnamon roll which he clearly ISNâT! The only one who can be considered naive and vulnerable in this webtoon is Dong-Gyun.
It seems you people never read BJ Alex before these side stories were updated or you clearly have selective amnesia. The Chanwoo we know is very strong and quite opinionated. If he feels wronged by MD even the slightest bit, he would get up and walk out, but not without giving him a piece of his mind amidst some punches as well. He would also rather die than apologize to MD. We remember how he treated Alex after what he did to Dong-Gyun.
Also, with the way he is reacting to the âbetrayerâ, you can clearly see that his feelings cannot be manipulated because if they could, he wouldnât be so disgusted with kissing the guy he fell for at first sight after finding out he was being used.
Finally, everyone feeling their hearts twinge because Chanwoo cried are just being overly dramatic in my opinion because he did not send you people message.
You cannot hurt someone and STILL get to have a say in how they react towards you. Which is why Chanwoo knew he was wrong to have hurt MD in the first place and made it a point to apologize to him. So you canât come here and expect us to cry with him because he is blameless in all this cos he sure as hell isnât.
P.S. You can dislike my comment all you want cos it clearly has no effect on my wellbeing and be rest assured that all unnecessary insults would be replied with equal or even more gusto as it is dished out.

Oh yeah it wasn't because he was threatened that if he would refuse he will be abandoned by MD too just after being used and rejected by his bf. This two things don't mix of impacted each other. Not at all.

MD is such a cool seme. Thank God he was paired with Chanwoo. Imagine MD paired with Dong-gyun. The ship would have sailed so smoothly even in the worst storm.
