I'm seeing so many comments and "theories" and "hot takes" and "unasked-for opinions" and "two-cents" and "psycho-analysis" to every chapter of this webtoon, with spoilers here and there. You guys might as well just complete the webtoon for the author since you won't let us enjoy it in peace.
Everyone is suddenly an expert in history and behavioral psychology. Even your comments will take longer time to read than an entire chapter of the webtoon. My gosh!
Wow. No need to be rude. Maybe they were genuinely asking what do you look for in the comment section. Also you have a choice to read said comments or not.
I think it's ironic that you read those so called long "psycho-analysis" which annoy you, get triggered and then comment about it in the very same comment section.
I don’t read them because they are too long and mostly boring. I have been closely following with this manga and sometimes you just want to read and engage in a simple conversation in the comment section. Especially when it first started getting translated here. People keep coming back to repeat the same long comments over and over again like if you missed it the first time, you sure as hell shouldn’t miss it the second time. Sometimes I deliberately ignore the comment section because it takes away the « WOW! » effect of reading a new chapter all by yourself with the constant spoilers. Some of them don’t even bother to give warnings.
I agree with you that people should be paying more attention putting warnings if their comments have spoilers. But I personally LOVE seeing all the big comments trying to theorize and do some psychological takes on whats happening or going to happen in the story. I feel like that’s an essential part of every active fandom, shows that people are really interested! If you don’t like lengthy comments there’s a bunch of short funny ones around, but I hope everyone that feels inspired keep up with the long comments haha
I'm inclined to say: ''Yeah, well... that, like, your opinion, man.''
The Big Lebowski.
Or simply put, live and let live.
If it's a simple conversation you want, I'm sure there are people that would rather stick with one of this kind.
But take into consideration that this piece of art really has the power to fire people up, it had the power from the very beginning, and right now people are huddled up at home, grasping at anything, esp. at PON's narrative straws. Time really drags right now. It's going to get even more wordy from now on.
Also, if you feel you've outgrown an environment, it's perhaps sane to move out of it.
''[...] constant spoilers. Some of them don’t even bother to give warnings''. - fully agree with this part, it can be annoying, esp. if you're progressing in the story at the pace of the translated chapters.
I dont think you understand the meaning of a comment section. It is to promote creativity, there is no problem with people writing their opinions in it. You have your own opinions which is fine but dont try to say shit about what others write. We are enjoying it but we have different ways of enjoying it. You can easily ignore this section if it bothers you that much ┑( ̄Д ̄)┍
I do believe strongly that op has no problems with sharing opinions, but 99% of those opinions are filled with spoilers without warning. I too need some days to catch up with updates and wait patiently for the next english translated chapters and every time seeing through the comment section I read spoilers I never wished to read. Am I in the wrong for reading the comments in the comment section or are those people in the wrong who aren't able to hold a conversations without spoilers, who aren't even able to hide their spoilers?
First off your statistic is a bit exaggerated but I do understand what you mean. But if that is something that is pretty prevalent then I dont read the comment section. But the person who wrote this was talking about other things along with spoilers. People are gonna write what they want and there is nothing wrong with that. You should just acknowledge that there is human error and if you notice people only state spoilers, ignore the comment section.
You posted three comments and are now talking about ignoring me. Lmao! The irony. Your first two rants, I didn’t bother to read but the last one is short enough to make me interested in reading. You are just as attention seeking as the people I complained about.
A lioness does not concern herself with the opinions of a sheep by the way.
So many crazy people here. You read a chapter and spend time complaining about every single character and plot of the story. Then go ahead and tell us what each character is reading like you are the ducking author of the story. Then complain about the same thing over and over again along with major spoilers but somehow, I should keep quiet because your rants are getting in my way. Hilarious.
To me, ops most important sentence is this one
"I'm seeing so many comments and "theories" and "hot takes" and "unasked-for opinions" and "two-cents" and "psycho-analysis" to every chapter of this webtoon, with spoilers here and there."
I am not against sharing thoughts and opinions, when they are spoiler free or marked with "contains spoilers".
And I still believe that this is ops main problem.
I write about things which are important to me and I do not fully share your opinion.
I think that in a forum everyone can feel joy in expressing themself or sharing opinions, but in order to continue and assure this type of joy, one should be more considerate to others too.
We are all a bunch of different people with different ages and being more considerate and less selfish would help out a lot.
To never speak up and ignore this issue won't do.
This should be a place for all types of people.
If, at the end, things still are like that and people gaf about others or to my taste it's not enough, I myself will decide what to do.
But, never speak up is a no for me.

I was so looking forward to this manga's update on Friday. Guess I have to wait till Tuesday.
