Honestly, this chapter gives me so much joy. I was not worried about Chanwoo’s ex because I was confident he would be able to put her in her place. He is not one to be manipulated. As for that Mr. Straightforward, I was worried Ilyeon would be too timid to turn him down and he would end up creating a misunderstanding between her and Chanwoo; but Donsaeng-zoning him was even better than rejecting him. I was so disgusted with the way he deliberately didn’t mention that Chanwoo left to buy ice cream alone and made it seem like he left together with his ex. I tried to read this story but I couldn’t stand the uke. Maybe it’s cos i genuinely despise bullies and the only person I could truly feel sorry for was the guy who was being bullied by the uke’s first crush and him not even doing anything to help and even tried to use to make his crush jealous. The very one whom I read somewhere had to even leave the school due to the intensity of the bullying. Personally, I feel the uke didn’t deserve so much a beautiful seme so I couldn’t bring myself to keep reading past a couple of chapters. But that’s just me.
