In chapter 26 when Yuri knocks out Melissa and there's the shot of Melissa passing out and Yuri smirking looks so much like a shady yaoi development that I'm starting to wonder if Yuri has some ulterior motives

Spoiler!!!!!!
I believe so to!(๑•ㅂ•)و✧ Because in a future chapter both Nine and Yuri are fighting over the MC, (while its possible I may have misinterpreted it due to the fact I can't read Korean )but from what I can tell their is going to be a rivalry between the two for the MC's attention.ヾ(☆▽☆) ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ

I don't usually like male protagonist isekai because as a girl it eventually gets uncomfortable seeing all the sexualization but I really enjoy the lack of that in this one. Akira and Amelia interact so nicely, it makes them feel so compatible! I like Akira's attitude too as a protagonist, he's very unfazed by everything

Something I really like about this is that she's properly an op master. Like, she is clumsy at times, but she's so awesomely op. The best part is that the author is able to keep her op but also make stakes that are pretty understandable for the situation.
Idk, I've heard that the novel is actually pretty long, so I'm worried things will start dragging, but for now the story is pretty interesting. And the art is gorgeous.
Also, I love how are mc has the personality of some variation of danmei (I think that's the term) master/disciple webnovels, it's hilarious

So here's what we know. Jinshi isn't a eunuch, he's related to the concubines/emperor, and his job is to take care of the inner palace.
It's hinted at that he's Aaduo's son that was switched with the empress dowager's (I think that's the term?) son because she wanted to protect him. The emperor may know about the switch since mao mao's father was punished extra for something. I think we've finally got the full picture on who Jinshi is at this point, we just need to know his full job description lol

He's such a good protagonist. Like, he's clearly scared as heck, but he's working hard to actually keep himself safe. He's covertly getting outside help, trying to figure out who to trust instead of blindly trusting, and he's even procured a weapon just in case. He's working so hard to get out of this situation, even if he's not the brightest crayon in the box.
And he's handling all the shady people as well as he can. He's a bit clumsy with his acting, but it's believable clumsiness, not just him acting incredibly stupidly. I want to see how he gets through this.
Questionable premise and yet the couple is sweet and the misunderstanding is funny
