Chapter 1? You know that in anime they cut a lot of scenes. hmm if I remember correctly S2 end like with Vol 10 or Vol 11. and S3 is scattered among vol 11 - vol 18 and in this season they are even more cut off fragments of the manga. You really have a great chapters that were not in the anime, and I warn you, the manga has a lot of sex scenes where they avoided them in the anime. Ohh and in manga you have a lot more of Junjou Egoist and Terrorist, especially Hiro and Nowaki story is so much more in manga. So I really recommend starting with the first chapter (Junjou Romantica Vol 1 ch 1.1)
