Well, becoming a butler will teach him some manners & etiquette. Also, history, maths etc. so becoming one doesn’t seem like a big deal, especially if he insists of not wanting to become someone of importance. I mean, she’s the side character - ice queen,yet she hasn’t met the ml & fl in the story. She’s just like a butler: she isn’t someone who has a big significance to the story

I might drop this story, it was interesting at first but now it's dragged out and annoying how the MC acts.
But she does care, if she didn’t care she would have abandoned him, also she’s thinking about how he will become a pawn to the empire and have to kill and the risk of being killed, does that not show that she cares?
Obviously I know she’s it seeing the bigger picture of tita learning swordsmanship and could use it as a means of protection and become more independent, he could also be someone you could bring to the capital to show him I guess “the reason to not be a butler”?

She didn’t care for Vincent for 15 YEARS, and didn’t even look at him as her child since the kid is 5 y/o. What. Do. You. Guys. Expect.
If there’s someone who’s even “trying” to be a “parent” it’ll be Harsen. But both of them can’t even be called a parent anyways. But marriage should never been political first tho. MC’s dad died, had political marriage, at age of 22 she already got a child when she’s not even ready to be a mother. Imagine her suffering.
