You might wanna look into your sleep health and night habits. I believe there's an exam called polysonography(?) something along those lines, and they monitor your sleep, you can find out what's messing up your sleep.

Okay, to answer your questions: no, there's no love triangle. The first chapter already makes it clear that it's about an ex-boyfriend who died years ago and was MC's greatest love until he met ML and fell in love again.
And no, there was no gang rape. “Just” an attempted gang rape. MC was rescued by his lover at the time. He was still traumatized (naturally) and has triggers from being followed by strangers.
Honestly, it's a pity to drop a story because of this, since the romance and art are very good. But I understand that the mentioning of the MC's trauma might trigger some people
