It annoyed me a bit too, I would recommend to read it because their ending is really cute and to me seems like they were able to finally be in a healthy relationship, so if you can manage to read through the anoying parts then it's actually a good read. I do think some parts in the beginning seemed a bit inconsistent, I would have gave them more chapters and would changed some things to make the way characters feel and so act acording to that more believable.
