The more people they have the more power.
The more people they have from the abyss the more abilities they have to use.
It's like the gamer ability but instead of books they need people.

Kuinshi September 27, 2017 3:34 pm

Maybe the "heroes" will finally pick up some slack.

    LaughingAardvark September 28, 2017 3:06 am

I doubt it. They are part of the problem since they were brought to fight the demonkin.

Way back when men used to have the monopoly on most careers. So there were more men than women as seamstress and tailors. Even today men dominate the culinary field.

I don't think it's odd, people live in different era. Maybe it's odd if it's said by the elderly, but for young people in this era sewing and cooking are girly (though we have male chef and tailor too, well young people are just quick to judge others). Maybe in the future they will become masculine activity?! (=・ω・=)

Stuff like that change all the time as time passes. Such as pink use to be a manly color. Makeup was also a manly thing to use once upon a time. Same as fine arts. But cooking is actually seen as a "Manly" activity where I am, in terms of the jobs.

At the same time that knitting was a men's industry beer was almost entirely a women's industry

    Anonymous October 18, 2017 3:55 pm

As soon as it's in a pro context and make money, it's manly. But if it's for house chores, it's girly. Frankly, it's just rotted in the ideas that men work while the women are at home. The activities Fuji is good at are home ECs, thus associated with things you'd want your bride to know and stuff. In manga, it's very common for the girls to make Valentine cookies in Home ECs or one who is good at it will hear things like "you'll make a good bride".
In the end... some clichés just won't die.
